Reality star 'Real' dies at 33 from Colon cancer

VH1 reality star Real (real name Ahmad Givens) from 'Real Chance of Love' and 'I Love New York' has passed away after a long battle with colon cancer. He was just 33 years old.

Real was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2013 following his appearance on 'I Love New York' with his brother, Chance. Real kept his fans updated about his condition via his instagram page as he went through chemotherapy and other treatments. 

His condition worsened last month after he fell and was bedridden from then on. He passed away yesterday Friday Feb. 20 surrounded by family and friends. May his soul rest in peace...Amen.
